I’m heading away over the Christmas and New Year period, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room from 22nd December to 16th January. This is a fixed-term sublet, perfect if you need a place to stay in London over the holidays. Let me know if you need different dates within this period.

The flat is super central and well connected.
A two-bedroom home in New Cross, shared with a lovely Aussie couple who are close friends of mine — and their sweet cat, who mostly keeps to herself 🐾. It’s a warm, friendly, and relaxed household, so I’m looking for someone tidy, respectful, and cat-friendly who will treat the space like their own.

- Carpeted bedroom ( nice and warm ) with large window and views of London shard, Berlin and walkie talky.
Park 1 min walk away and Greenwich ( observatory hill ) a 12 min lime bike.
• Comfortable bed, wardrobe, and plenty of storage space
• Bedding and towels provided for your stay
- access to your own large bathroom, shower and bath.
• Quiet and private — ideal for relaxing or working remotely
- beeper access so very safe, perfect for single females
