Hey I’m very sadly moving out of my current house share to move closer to work 😢 so my room is available to rent from early October.

You’ll be living with Amber (24), Valentina (24) & Jodie (26) in New Cross Gate in a clean and social 2 floor house on a quiet residential road, with great transport links. 💕

The house is less than 5 minutes walk from bus stop (including the N53 night bus service). 15-minute walk away from New Cross Gate or Queens Road Peckham overground. Super close to supermarkets; Lidl, Sainburys and Asda. 🚌🚝🛒

The housemates are so lovely, fun and social and take pride in having a cosy home. They are looking for someone with a full time job (£28k per annum minimum), clean and good vibes. They would like to continue the nice and friendly house dynamic with shared dinners once a month etc, but also have their separate things going on. Tidiness and someone respectful of others space is really important and they would want someone who would contribute to the household.🤍✨

Boring stuff 📋📋:
The house came unfurnished when we moved in August 2023. We bought the main necesseties together so the new person moving in would need to take over their share of the furniture which is around £200. (Sofas, table, TV etc.)

The room is £775 + bills
Deposit: £807.5

Bills are around £80-100 per month. This includes water, council tax, gas & electricity and Wi-Fi.
