We are looking for a friendly flatmate/s to let largest double bedroom in a Queer-friendly 3 Bed flat/Maisonette (first and second floor) in New Cross Gate. Room available to move in from 30thOctober 2025. *COULD BE AVAILABLE FROM MID OCTOBER*

It is large double bed (on 2nd floor) in a semi-furnished apartment. It is well-lit included with a bed-matress, side drawer, a walk-in wardrobe, ready to be made home. The room was currently occupied by a couple is ideal for couple or a single professional. Open to negotiation for single occupancy up to 1100 pounds.

House: It is bright, airy, recently refurbished last year before we moved in. Open plan shared kitchen-dining-living, big bathroom, included with a parking space and separate rear garden through shared access.

Amazing location 3 minutes walk from New cross gate station (overground and southern rail). 10-15 mins walk from New cross, Queens Road Peckham. Good transport link bus stop outside the house- direct buses to central.

Large Sainsbury's, B&M, TK Maxx 5 mins walk, with loads of nice pubs, local cafes and takeaways close-by. Other large stores lidl , Tesco etc. 10-15 mins by bus.

Our friends/current tenants are moving out of London unfortunately so looking for a tidy clean professional/s.

You would be sharing the flat with an Architect (32, Indian) and Pharmacist (27, Indian) . We are all social, tidy and considerate individuals who enjoy cooking meal together over weekends/board games occasionally. We are respectful of each others privacy, space and routines through good communication.

Bills not included but council tax band A and usual monthly bills are average £100-£120 per person (winter).
