We have a lovely double room available, just a 5-minute walk from New Cross Gate station. The room is on the upper floor of the house, offering peace and quiet with plenty of natural light throughout the day.

Our home has a fully equipped kitchen and a shared living room. We’re an artistic household, so the space is cosy and filled with creative energy.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me and Bruno, our large and sweet dog. We’re looking for someone who loves dogs and appreciates a calm, creative environment.

Located in a peaceful area with excellent transport links, close to local shops, cafés, and green spaces. Council tax included.
