Bright big room from January in New X Gate

Hi! I'm leaving my beloved house after 4 years here.

THE ROOM
It’s a spacious bright beautiful room in New Cross Gate. It faces quiet street, I’m a light-sleeper and I’ve never had issues with noises here:3 It's on the second floor, faces west - it's v bright and you get beautiful sunsets.

THE HOUSE
The house is 7 min walk from big Sainsburys, overground station, and bus stops.

It's super nice: there’s a living room, 2 bathrooms, a basement, big kitchen and cute garden (just refurbished).

The housemates are super lovely: clean, quiet, considerate, but also sociable and fun. We are communicative and we support each other which makes the whole vibe super wholesome. Everyone does their own thing so the house is quite most of the time, but people tend to be down for spending time together.

We are looking for someone respectful and considerate, clean, tidy, chill. We prefer people in their 30s and professionals - and lgbtq+ people.
