We are looking for another female to join our beautiful and spacious house in New Cross Gate, around the corner from the scenic Telegraph Hill.
The bedroom is a bright two-part bedroom space, one space for your bedroom and an additional room for your own person living room, study, walk in wardrobe- whatever you like!
The room is part furnished, coming with a bed, clothes rail, a small coffee table and mirrors on the wall. Bills roughly come to
£130-50 a month, rent is £950 pm, paid on the 20th of each month. The room is currently vacant so we can be flexible with move in times!
We are looking for a friendly, kind and warm housemate who, like us, is respectful of the space. Claire, Saskia and I are professions working in london within Marketing and TV. We enjoy food, music and socialising.
One of the best things about this house is the location! It’s well connected by Nunhead station, Queens Road Peckham and New Cross Gate, with regular trains to London Bridge, Blackfriars, London Victoria and the Windrush line.
