Bright room in New Cross Gate from January

We have a room available in our flat, a 7 minute walk from New Cross Gate Overground station and the large Sainsbury’s.

It is a 3 bedroom flat on the second floor, with a big living room with double exposure, a kitchen, a bathroom, and three bedrooms. The flat is spacious and bright, and we are a very chill household. We clean after ourselves, are sociable, but also busy doing our own thing.

We are looking for someone to join the flat from Mid Jan. We prefer queer people and professionals.

The flat is a great space, but it needs some love. We are planning to repaint the flat and build or get some new furniture, so proactive people who can build things are preferred.

I will also be moving in January, and the flat may need some new amenities like kitchen equipment, so it is essential that you are willing to contribute to buy a few shared pots or other affordable items the house may need.
