Hello!
I’m looking for a friendly, preferably a student (due to council tax), who needs/wants a place to stay towards the end of April into late May! I will be headed home during those months and would love to rent out my room to save some money! The cost of rent is £875, not including any additional bills (this tends to vary per month, but typically it’s about £60-100 pounds extra).
I also have a cat that has all of his things in my room, but I’m happy to move him to a friend’s place if desired. Although he makes a great cuddle buddy, you would also not be expected to take care of him (another roommate will do so!).
If you are interested, please reach out to me to work out a time to meet me, along with the other roommates, so we can make sure we’re all comfortable in this process
