Just 1 stop train journey to London Bridge station.
You’ll be living with a friendly, respectful 70-year-old retired gentleman who is easy-going and welcoming.
This is very much a home, not just a place to stay — a calm, comfortable environment where you’ll be treated with kindness and respect.
Room Details:
• Room 1: A very large, spacious room, fully furnished and comes exactly as seen in the pictures.
• Room 2: A unique setup offering two separate rooms (e. g. bedroom + additional space), rented as one tenancy — perfect for extra storage, wardrobe space, or a personal setup.
Both options are offered at the same price at £795 and can be rented individually, or ideal for two friends who would like to move in together.
This home would best suit working professionals or individuals looking for a peaceful space. It’s not suited to a party-style household — the focus here is a respectful, relaxed and considerate environment.
My dad is not intrusive at all, and tenants are given their space, but he takes pride in his home and would really value lodgers who will treat it as their own.
