Ensuite Double Room available in New Cross Gate

Hello! I have an en-suite double room (with built in wardrobe/storage) in a lovely bright 2 bed flat in New Cross Gate, available from 9th July - could be a little earlier or later if needed.

The flat has an open living room/kitchen, and is the third floor of a 4 story building. There is a free parking space in a residents parking area right next to the building and also a little bit of green space behind the building. It's a very friendly building in a quiet close, and is a 10 minute walk to New Cross Gate station and the high street with many coffee shops/places to eat/bars etc, so you get the best of both!

You'd be living with my current flatmate Anita, who is a professional actor and all round wonderful person! Would love a friendly student/professional to take on the room - it comes unfurnished but I'm happy to leave bed/mattress (and potentially chest of drawers if it doesn't fit in my new place).

Rent is £875 + bills, so approximate total of £1000-1100 pm.
