We're looking for a new flatmate to join our welcoming four-bedroom shared home.
It’s a spacious double bedroom with a large bay window that brings in plenty of natural light overlooking our garden (which is exclusively ours to use!). There's ample space for a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and any other essentials. The room comes unfurnished, giving you the freedom to make it your own.
The flat is situated on Telegraph Hill with green spaces nearby, cute cafes in Brockley, and The Old Nun’s Head, The Rose and Skehans (all great pubs) within walking distance. It’s a twelve minute walk to New Cross Gate (with easy access to Canada Water, London Bridge and Waterloo) and Nunhead Station (mainline rail services)
Rent is £918 per month, not including bills (approximately £150 for electricity, water, council tax (band c), high speed internet and content insurance). The total rent for the house is £3,800 per month and the rent for this room is based on room size and location.
The house itself has a generous kitchen and living area, making it a great space to cook, relax, and spend time together. The bathroom has a bath and shower and cupboard space outside, with an additional downstairs toilet. We're a queer friendly AFAB household, working professionals and are looking for someone who'd feel comfortable and at home in that environment.
As a house, we enjoy sharing the occasional dinner, movie, catching up in the evenings, and sometimes hosting get-togethers with friends. At the same time, we all value our independence and personal space, so there's no pressure to be social all the time.
We're looking for someone considerate, friendly, and communicative who is keen to contribute to a relaxed and respectful home atmosphere. Ideally we’re looking for someone between the ages of 26-36.
