Our housemate is moving out so looking for someone to take over her double room in our house share. We have a lovely garden which gets a lot of use in summer!
We’re three friends who met at uni and still enjoy each other’s company enough to live together. Always down to cook something delicious, watch TV across the high brow/low brow spectrum or go for some pints. No obligation to hang out with us though, happy for our new housemate to prefer to do their own thing as long as you’re nice.
Bills are around £133 per month including WiFi and council tax (band D). The house is approx 10 mins walk to New Cross Gate station.
