Double Room Available in New Cross!

A cosy double bedroom is available in a spacious two-bedroom flat, just a 10-minute walk from New Cross Gate station and the large Sainsbury's. The flat is located on a quiet residential street with excellent transport links via New Cross Gate, New Cross, South Bermondsey and several bus routes, making it easy to get around London.

The apartment is bright, spacious and welcoming, with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a generous living room and a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has both a bath and shower, along with some additional storage space. It's a home we've genuinely loved living in, and we're looking for someone who'll enjoy it just as much.

I'll be travelling for a few months and would love for someone to make my room their home while I'm away. You'll be sharing the flat with Meg, who is kind, friendly and considerate. She enjoys cooking, running and is currently training to become a therapist. She has a busy schedule but is always happy to chat and would love to get to know whoever moves in.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, clean and tidy to sublet the room during my travels. While we're initially looking for a short-term sublet, there's potential for it to become a longer-term tenancy if it's a great fit for everyone.
