30 year old male professional looking for a new flatmate to take over the second bedroom in my flat. My previous flatmate has already moved out, so the room is available immediately / ASAP.

I’m a clean, tidy, and easy-going working professional. I work a hybrid schedule with my office based in Old Street. I’m quite social and always up for a chat or a casual drink, but I also completely appreciate my own space and respect others' privacy.

The Location:

Transport: 10-min walk to New Cross Gate / 15-min walk to New Cross station.

Convenience: 10-min walk to a big Sainsbury’s.

Parking: Available at the property.

The Room & Flat

Bathroom: You get exclusive use of the main bathroom (I have an en-suite).

Space: Cosy small double. Fits a bed and wardrobe, but no space for a desk.

Furniture: Bed/wardrobe belong to the ex-flatmate. Buy cheaply or he will remove.

Shared Space: Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and toaster. Brand new sofa in lounge (on finance, so please look after it).

Financials & Logistics

Rent: £800 pcm.

Deposit: £0 (No deposit).

Council Tax: Lewisham Band C (split 50/50).

Bills: Wi-Fi split 50/50.

Gas/electricity are pay-as-you-go top-up (split 50/50).

Process: Landlord approved a direct tenant swap with me.
