Spacious double room in New Cross Gate

Hi all

We're looking for a new flatmate to take spacious (the pictures don't do it justice), furnished room in New Cross Gate from 12th October (or earlier - that's negotiable and up to our flatmate who's leaving).

Great location - 5 mins walk to New Cross Gate tube station, bus station, Sainsbury's, Telegraph Hill Park.

10 mins for Goldsmiths.

Bills would be extra £80-£90/month (broadband, council tax, gas, electricity, water).

Ideally we are looking to find a quiet, friendly, clean and considerate masters/postgraduate student or a professional.

No couples and no smokers - sorry!
Please remember that all students need to have a guarantor (UK-based) or be able to pay 3 months rent in advance.
