This is a great room in a conveniently located third floor flat. Its only 5 minutes walk from New Cross Gate station and a big Sainsburys on a really quiet road on Telegraph Hill. All of the flatmates are really friendly but also respectful of each others privacy. The room is furnished and there is a shared living room/kitchen and bathroom. The landlord is really good at sorting out any problems, and council tax is around £30 per person per month.

I've been in the New Cross area for over 6 years since I was a student. It's brilliant! So easy to get places, good pubs, peaceful streets & parks. It's really close to Greenwich (good place to take the family) & super close to Peckham (good for a night out). So I think you'd be very happy here!
