A huge, spacious double room, situated on the 2nd floor of a shared household. We're well located in South East London, and not too far from Central London.

Conveniently located just 6-7 mins walk from Queens Road Peckham train station, or 15 mins walk from New Cross Gate station. There is a train that takes 20 minutes to get to London Bridge, and a bus that takes 45 minutes to get to Picadilly Circus.

You would share a large house with 4 other people. While it might sound like a busy house, we are all generally quiet, polite, busy yet friendly working professionals, who like to keep to themselves but socialise from time to time while cooking in the kitchen. Two of us currently work from home most weekdays.

- Fully equipped shared kitchen, washing machine, large fridge, chest freezer, microwave and gas cooker.
- 2 x shared toilets, both with either a bath or shower.
- Most of the essential cleaning materials (handwash, sponges, cloths, tea towels disinfectant, vacuum cleaner, mop & bucket).

Room is available to rent from 14th July 2024!
Deposit and a month's rent plus at least two references and last 3 month's payslips are required before day of moving in.
