Single bed in Loring Hall

(Goldsmith's Students only) I do not need my room for the 3rd term, so I am looking for a student or profe that would want to move in. It is quiet now as everyone has gone back home over the Easter holidays and the students (Goldsmith's University) including myself, have all finished studies from March so no more lectures. The tenancy is until the 24th June 2018.

It was literally across the road from New Cross Gate Overground Station and the bus stop connecting too the 453, 21, 136, 436, 36, 172 and 171 routes. Also 5 minutes walk to New Cross Station.

Local Iceland, Asda, Tesco, pub/restaurant, and takeaways.

Flat mates are chill, they work part-time and are clean with the maintenance of the kitchen. I am not fussed about the type of person you are, only that you are clean and respectful.

Parking outside the accommodation is free. The parking inside it is for the school.
