Double en-suite bedroom (20mins from LDN Bridge)

👋🏽Hey 😊. I am a professional female moving out of my home and looking for a replacement on behalf of my female flatmate. You will occupy a double bedroom with an en-ensuite.

The home:
🏡 This is a new-build flat which comes with a shared living room and kitchen. The flat has excellent sunlight and is generally quite light, airy and spacious. There's a lot of greenery nearby, so nice for walks. The flat is for two people only and you will be sharing with one other female. All bills are included.

Flat specifics:
- The flat is situated in a quiet and friendly cul-de-sac located on the edge of New Eltham and Chislehurst. 20 mins from London Bridge!
- Gas cooker and central heating
- There is a designated parking space available at no extra cost
- Generous street parking right outside for visitors
🚂The closest train station is New Eltham which is a 15 min walk away. There's also a bus stop right outside the flat.

About the flatmate you will be sharing with:
💁🏽‍♀️The current flat mate is friendly, easy going, clean/tidy, career driven, likes a bit of reality tv and loves travel. She also has a very lazy (but well trained and therefore, well behaved) lap cat, Lola.. Flatmate is 420 and LGBTQIA+ friendly.

💻Works a hybrid pattern (4 days in the office and 1 day from home).

🛋️ If you're hoping to find a relaxing living space, somewhere which feels like home, then this is for you. The ideal flat mate would be someone who is clean, considerate and respectful. Someone who is happy to have the odd chat/watch something together. But, also enjoys and respects their own space. 🙂

Move in date flexibility - depending on the dates requested, there is potential for flexibility around the move in date by 1 - 2 weeks either side, so feel free to ask.
