There is a large double bedroom with plenty of storage for rent in New Eltham from 26th August 2024.
It's a two bedroom house, with living room, kitchen and dinning room to share, space for free parking, including a decent size garden which is going to be all re-done so we can have nice BBQs in the summer!
You will be sharing with me, I work for the NHS. I enjoy live music, films, reading, politics, philosophy, dinner parties, cooking/baking, environmentally conscious, travelling, art, exhibitions, talks, yoga to name a few things. I like and need alone time, but also super sociable. I have a small arts and crafts room in the back of the garden to escape to.
New Eltham is less than a 30min train to London Bridge and a 15min train to Lewisham. New Eltham station is a a 10min walk from the house.
I am looking for a clean, easy going, considerate and sociable person that works or studies full time or a 9-5 Mon-Fri and who is looking for a home.
LGBTQIA+ friendly home.
The boring stuff - cleaning and cleaning products costs will be shared and not included in the price. All bills are included, including WIFI. I am keen to consider a cleaner together.
