Double room available near New Eltham Station (SE9) – £900 pcm all-inclusive

A lovely double bedroom is available in my flat in SE9, just a 7-minute walk from New Eltham Station (Zone 4). The rent is £900 per month, including all bills.

I’m moving in with my partner for around four nights a week, so I’m looking for a friendly, tidy and trustworthy person or couple to share the flat with on the days I'm at home. And because I’ll be away for roughly half the week, you’ll have the flat largely to yourself during that time.

The rent would be £900 for a single person, with a slightly higher rate for a couple.

I’m looking for people who are considerate, honest, professional and respectful of my neighbours. I’m very easy-going and enjoy a quiet home, so I’d ideally like someone who is happy with a relaxed, peaceful setup.

The room includes:

Double bed and mattress
Bedside table and storage
Wardrobe
Blackout blinds
All bills, including fibre-optic broadband
Weekly cleaner

Local amenities:

New Eltham Station – 7 minutes’ walk, with direct trains to London Bridge (18 mins), Waterloo East (23 mins), Charing Cross (29 mins) and Cannon Street (35 mins)
Co-op supermarket – 5 minutes’ walk
Dry cleaners – 5 minutes’ walk
Avery Hill Park – 10 minutes’ walk, which is great for running and walks
A lovely café and coffee shop at the end of the street
Quiet residential road with no through traffic
Greenwich and Blackheath are around 15 minutes away
