Double ensuite (perm, m-f or short term)

Hi, I have a spare room available for a single person permanent or Mon-Fri arrangement, or would consider short term.

I work for myself from home. I have 2 very affectionate cats, Freya and Shizu and Finn my super friendly goldendoodle. Sally who has lived here 4 years is sadly moving away from London in December (date tbc) and I am looking for someone friendly, chilled and who is looking for a home rather a room. Open to short term or Monday to Friday also. The right person is the most important thing. I do have a spare room which would be available to stay in until the room becomes available if necessary.

The bedroom is a loft room and will be newly decorated, is south facing over the garden, there is a built in warbrobe, chest of drawers and ensuite
The area has supermarkets, cafes and a choice of pubs. Great connections, Canning Town and Custom House station are 10 mins by bus, Plaistow is 15 min walk. The house in a quiet location on a dead end road perfectly located for quick access to Newham hospital (5mins walk), Canary Wharf in 15 mins, London Bridge and Stratford in 20 mins, 30-40 minutes to Westminster & Bank. The Greenway is located at the end of the road. Great for ExCel and City airport. 5 mins to A13 so getting out if town is very easy. 24 hr gym by Canning Town Station.

Street parking permit can be arranged if needed.
