We have a large double bedroom becoming available from 27th February onwards.

The house is based on Windmill lane, E15 1PG and it's a very safe neighborhood. Located 6 mins walking distance from Stratford Underground Station, and Maryland Rail Station.

The house has;
- 2 Large Bedrooms
- 1 Large Bathroom
- 1 Large Living Room
- 2 Gardens (front and back of the house)
- Kitchen + Dining Table.

Your room: Large Double room, 2 storage cupboards, and to the rear of the property. Very peaceful and has ample space. I had a friend stay with me for a couple of days and could fit another (blow-up) double bed alongside my existing bed.

Work from Home: Your room could either accommodate a desk, or you could work from the dining room or the desk in the Living room. Ample choices to find your space here, happy to chat around what works best.

Current Tenant: (Male, mid 30's) Samir is a working professional in London, likes reading, and cooks in his spare time. Sociable and very clean.

Who I'd like to share with: Someone sociable who appreciates a clean house (No party people pls)

Other Costs: Bills (Electricity, Gas & Internet) & Council tax paid separately. Average around £70 to £100 max per month but the place and area is well worth it. (most amenities are fixed cost/month - easy to manage)

The reason the room is up for grabs: My current flatmate is moving out to live with his girlfriend. He's been living here for over 2 years.
