Double room in modern 3 bed house

Hi,

I'm living alone in my house in Plaistow / Canning Town. The house is a lovely modern 3 bed (so will leave a small spare room with a sofa bed available to have friends over) and I'm looking for someone to move into the double spare room which is on the top floor with its own bathroom. The house has its own private garden - which I'm currently doing up so no photos yet.

There is a tesco express a 3 minute walk away., approx 15 min walk to Upton Park / Plaistow (both zone 3), or a 10/15 min bus to Canning Town (zone 2).

About me: I'm a journalist and work in the office Mon - Fri so if you do wfh you would have the house to yourself - except for my two sausage dogs, who would absolutely love your company!! So you would need to be pro dogs!
I enjoy going on runs in Victoria park, going out to markets, bars and nights out! So I'm looking for a friend as well a housemate that we can explore London together and also chill at home watching a movie, cooking dinner or sharing some wine!
