We’re Rosa and Cerys, friends who are looking for 2 new flatmates to live with us in our new home. We have secured a lovely 4 bedroom house, 10 min walk from nearest tube station and 10 min bus ride from Stratford and with a garden and communal area.

About the rooms: currently both rooms furnished however can be unfurnished- landlord is flexible

Room 1- Medium size double bedroom, upstairs, comes furnished with: Bed frame and mattress and wardrobe. (Other furniture in picture is previous tenants)

Rent: £725pcm

Room 2-Cozy double bedroom, downstairs, comes furnished with: Bed frame and mattress and wardrobe. (Other furniture in picture is previous tenants) Currently has a double bedroom in the room, however, we can ask if this can be swapped for a single if preferred to have more room.

Rent: £650 pcm

This room also has the only door to the garden so hopefully whoever is looking can be flexible with allowing people for access :)

Tesco express is 10 min walk away- lots of local corner shops closer

Westfield shopping centre is the same distance as Stratford station and also has Stratford centre with a Lidl, Sainsbury’s and other shops.

We’ve been living together in a different shared house for a year now. We don’t currently live at the property but have placed a holding deposit on this place and are looking to sign onto to the contract with (hopefully) you :)
We like to relax by having cosy film nights🍿, going to the pub together🍻 and playing games 👾 (we have a switch, a Wii and board games- anymore will be warmly welcomed). We also like our own space too so will definitely be respectful if that’s not your vibe but we would really like it to feel like a home not just a shared house 😊

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for professionals (sorry, no students for council tax! ) ideally around our age range
Definitely queer friendly as this needs to be a safe space for everyone

We’re open to people with a pet(s) and smokers are allowed but only in the garden/ not in the house.
