Nice double room in Newington Green

The room is a decent size with a double bed and wardrobe setup already. We have a nice kitchen and living room setup, and extra room and a shed for bike storage and a private garden. We have 2 bathrooms with 1 toilet, but it works out well for us.
You will be joining 2 guys and 1 girl who has taken the other room in the property. We are a sociable house, love watching sport and movies together or going to the pub, but we also have our own social lives. We like a drink and to go out, but we are not a massive party house, we respect each others space and privacy when people want it.
We are looking for someone like minded who has experience with house shares and will fit in well with us. The place is in an amazing location and is definitely a bargain for the area.
