The flat’s 66m² and spread over two floors: the shared bathroom and current flatmate’s room are on the 3rd floor of the apartment block, and the available room + the open-plan kitchen/living area are on the top floor. Sliding doors open onto a private terrace overlooking leafy Abney Park. 🌿

The flat’s fully furnished, and the bedroom includes a double bed with storage underneath and a wardrobe. Rent is £1200 not including bills, and we have a bi-weekly cleaner.

It’s a 5-min walk to Clissold Park, 10 mins to Stoke Newington Overground and 20 mins to Manor House tube. Most importantly, it’s just a few minutes from two of the best pubs in London – the Clarence Tavern and the Auld Shillelagh!

You’ll be sharing with a sociable, clean and gay 🌈 doctor called Tom, who likes chilling at home in the evenings over Real Housewives and cooking for each other. He’s looking for someone friendly, tidy and relaxed, who respects the place they live.
