Double Room in Newington Green

Hello,
Looking for someone to sign onto a lease and move into a room in Newington Green from 28 July 2026.

The flat:
It’s fully furnished with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a large kitchen and a lovely open plan lounge room & dining area.

The area:
Newington Green is a charming little area with loads of nice restaurants, cafes, bars and pubs nearby. There is a Tesco Express just across the road from the flat. The closest overground is a 10 minute walk to either Canonbury or Dalston Kingsland station. Highbury and Islington (Victoria line) is the closest tube which is a 20min speed walk.

A bit about me:
Evie - 24 - I work freelance in the music industry so my shifts can be days, evenings, late nights, etc, I sometimes work away a lot at festivals but will let you know. I am interested in metal, rock, alternative genres, also love tattoos, gigs, travelling!

Kitties:
Lucifer & Salem - two gorgeous black cats who are very well behaved. Salem loves a bit of a fuss and Lucifer is very shy so you might not see him often. I am a very clean cat owner.

Cost:
Rent - £1360 a month + bills (approx £130 based on a couple sharing this room)
Deposit - £1434

(I currently share the apartment with a couple, so would be hoping for another couple to move in as the room is more expensive than mine but happy for someone to move in who is willing to pay that themselves but will mean bills might be slightly more expensive based on two people sharing instead of three).

Move in date - 28 July 2025.
