We are looking forward to welcoming a lovely sister or female student to join our warm, peaceful and very clean halal family home from early September.
Here is a quick look at what we're offering:
Your Room (£900 pcm): A freshly decorated, bright, and spacious single room complete with a comfortable bed, a handy study desk, and storage drawers, all with a lovely view looking right out at our garden.
The Costs: Rent is £900 per month with a £500 deposit. You'll just share the cost of gas, electricity, and our regular cleaner with us (roughly £50–£100 a month).
Our Home: We love keeping things clean, tidy, and peaceful. Our kitchen and home are strictly pork and alcohol-free, making it a comfortable space for someone who shares those values. You'll also have access to a neat family bathroom and our gorgeous garden patio with outdoor seating to relax or study when the weather is nice.
The Location: We're just a short walk from vibrant Newington Green, close to local halal shops restaurants and great transport links (buses, Overground, and tube) heading straight into central London universities like UCL, City, Westminster and London Met, as well as university hospitals like Homerton and UCLH.
