Lovely calm home by Clissold Park, big double

Hi! I’m sadly moving back to Chile, so my gorgeous room is up for grabs. Honestly, the only reason I’m leaving is because I’m changing countries, otherwise I’d happily stay here much longer with Kristy and Sam!

The room:
It’s a really spacious double with big windows that let in loads of light. It comes with a double bed, two chests of drawers, a clothes rail and shelves, so there’s plenty of storage and space for all your stuff.

The house:
The house is genuinely lovely: calm, cosy and really well looked after. There’s a shared bathroom with a bathtub, plus a separate WC on the ground floor. The kitchen is big and fully equipped, great if you love cooking, and you can eat and hang out in the shard living/dining room.

The location:
We’re literally one street away from Clissold Park, which is amazing for morning runs, picnics or just a sunny walk. Supermarkets are less than 10 minutes’ walk away, the nearest station is 10–15 minutes on foot, and there are three bus stops just around the corner, so getting around London is super easy.

Bills and rent:
Bills come to roughly £110 a month, which works out at around £1,000 a month all in.

Your flatmates:
You’ll be living with Kristy and Sam, who are honestly the best – super friendly, tidy and easy-going. The vibe at home is relaxed and respectful: we get on really well and enjoy a chat in the living room, but everyone also has their own space and routine.

Who we’re looking for:
