Double room available from Dec/Jan a 5-10 minute walk from Dalston Junction and the same distance from Canonbury

The Flat is fully furnished, the TV does not come with the flat.
Current housemate is Ben, 28, who's relaxed, easygoing, clean and great person to share a space with. He likes cooking, staying in as well as plans out and about, and is happy to be as social or independent as you'd prefer!

I'm moving out to live with a friend but will be near by in Wood Green so would be happy to hang out as well if you are looking for connections in the area. The flat is in a great spot with Clissold park near by as well as Abney park. There's a great variety of pubs, cafes and restaurants in the area and Stoke Newington has a great selection of bookshops and charity shops.

I usually do my food shop at the Aldi in Dalston but you also have a Tesco express 2 minutes away.

I am a little gutted to be leaving as it has been the nicest place I've lived in London. The building has 5 flats and feels like a real community with a Whatsapp group. Everyone is chatty and polite. The roof terrace is also lovely year round and a nice social setting. The bedroom looks onto a garden that is rarely used and bird and squirrel's are often on the tree just outside and will take nuts from the window ledge when left out.
