-tv licence will be paid by me
-council tax will be paid by me as well as all other bills such as electricity and water

Flat is 2 min walk from Nine Elms station and big Sainsbury’s megastore, Argos, Starbucks.

Several gyms 2-10 min walk.
Flat is 10 min away from Battersea and 8 min away from Vauxhall stations.
Excellent transport links with many buses outside the flat.

I’m looking for good tenants that can respect each other and live peacefully.

You will be sharing flat with a male ( works in hospital lovely guy super welcoming and sweet) and female ( works in fashion for luxury brand, very sweet and friendly).
