We're advertising one of our rooms as Liam is flying the nest...

Our flat is a stunning open planned light filled space, perfect for socialising and chilling and just a really lovely space to hang out in. There are 2 balconies, one south facing, and the other west, so it's a perfect sun trap and mood booster.
The bathroom is shared with 1 other and has a bath! Kitchen has a dishwasher and utility has a washing machine.

You'll be living with 2 girls:
Gilly 35, works in events, loves to socialise and chill, always up for a drink and park walk after work (also tends to bring home yummy food and drink from work!!)

Claire is a 29 year old UX Designer, also loves to socialise and chill, go to the gym, and enjoys a fun night out too.

We sometimes hang out together and go on fun adventures so would be great to meet someone who wants to join in now and then!

We're looking for someone fun and friendly but also respectful and clean who will look after the space we've made home!

The room is also an amazing size for London, large double bedroom in a spacious flat in Nine Elms that comes fully furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, fitted wardrobe with built in mirrors. - can be furnished or unfurnished.

Rent = £1125 per month
Bills = £170 per month (approx. for Utilities, WIFI + Council Tax)
Deposit = £1,346 (Spareroom didn't allow us to enter this amount into the deposit field in the ad - apologies for any confusion!)

Battersea, Stockwell, and Clapham are all within walking distance as well as large supermarkets, gyms and lots of restaurants/cafes.

You have the Northern Line from Nine Elms or Clapham North (both branches covered), Victoria Line from Stockwell and the overground from Wandsworth Road, as well as buses right outside the door every few minutes to Vauxhall.
