I’m looking for a lovely professional couple to move into our beautiful, spacious and peaceful flat in Nine Elms, as my current flatmate is relocating back to Ireland.
Available from 12th November — viewings starting this weekend!
The Room
The bedroom is exceptionally large, offering plenty of space for a couple to make themselves at home.
One of its standout features is a beautiful freestanding bathtub located within the bedroom itself, giving the space a unique feel.
The room also has its own private toilet, and there’s another huge bathroom in the flat with a shower.
There’s also an additional smaller room that can be used for extra storage or as a work-from-home space, perfect for anyone who works remotely.
The Flat
The flat is spacious, cosy and peaceful, with a huge kitchen, a lovely lounge and a large private roof terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying some fresh air.
It’s a comfortable, quiet home, and it would be just three of us living here — you as a couple and me!
The landlady is lovely and generally very hands-off.
Location – Nine Elms, SW8
The flat is in a fantastic location, with excellent transport links and plenty of amenities nearby.

* Around 15 minutes to Stockwell station
* Around 15–20 minutes to Battersea Park and Battersea Park station
* Close to the US Embassy
* 3-minute walk to PureGym
* 5-minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s and Starbucks
* Around 10 minutes to Black Sheep Coffee
* Lots of restaurants, cafés and local amenities nearby
Rent and Bills
£2,000 per month for the room (couple) — equivalent to £1,000 each if split equally.
Bills are not included and are approximately £120–£150 per person per month, potentially more during winter.
UK-based references or a UK-based guarantor may be required.
