KCL SECTOR / INTERCOLLEGIATE ROOM TAKEOVER AVAILABLE (JAN – JUNE)
Hi everyone! I am looking for a full-time King's College London student to take over my contract at iQ Vega (Vauxhall) for the second semester.
• 📅 Availability: Early January to June (Exact end date matches the standard KCL academic contract)
• 📍 Location: 6 Miles St, London SW8 1RZ (Vauxhall Station is a short walk away, excellent connections to Waterloo, Strand, and Guy's campuses)
• 🛏️ Room Type: Standart room with 2 communal bathrooms and a kitchen area
• 💰 Rent: 169 pounds per week

⚠️ Crucial Requirements from King's & iQ:
1. You must be a full-time registered student at King's College London.
2. You cannot currently hold a contract with King's Residences for this academic year.
3. The official transfer process will be handled securely through the KCL Accommodation Portal and iQ management to legally transfer the contract over to you.
