Double room to be share few days temporary .

I am presenting a double bedroom to be share ( majority of the time you will be on your own) for temporary rent until Abril-May 2026, with
Option to be rented permanently After Abril 2026. Depending on my circumstances.

You will be on your own in the room but if I decide to comeback to Uk for a few days the room will be share only for a few days. I have my own mattress in the room.

Initially this room will be rented temporary but I may stay out of Uk permanently from may 2026 , in this case I’m more than happy to rent you the room for permanently stay from may 2026.
I’m a live out landlord and I may come to Uk once’s every few months for a few days, to check the house , or I may not come at all .
You will be living on your own majority of the time , and if you share will be only for a few days .

The house is 7 minutes walk from the rail station .
Trains to London Bridge , Victoria Clapham junction, Battersea and others parts of London.

It is all refurbished it has a table in the room for 4 people , 2 floors house , with WiFi, washing machine, 2 wardrobes and all bills included.
2 big fridges available in the kitchen.
3 people in total will be living in the property.

The room will be available from the 15th of December however I’m very flexible about your moving day .
Minimum time for you to rent it will be 3months

1 minute walking from the high street, which are many restaurants, supermarkets and shops around.

The right candidate has to be a person that works full time, You must be a clean person.
The house follows a weekly cleaning rota and maintenance on daily basics so if you don’t like to clean, its not for you . It’s a quiet house and there are not Exceptions allow for people who doesn’t like to clean !

No smokers ,no parties, Not pets allow.
1 month deposit and 1 month of rent .
No partners as the room is only for 1 person however visitors are allow.

Only people who can provide the right to rent code (share code) or the right visa that allows them to live and work in Uk.
