Friendly House in Zone 3 - Streatham/Norbury

Renting out my spare room in Norbury. I’m looking for someone to stay long term but can be flexible if you’re only looking short term.

🚆 Transport 🚆

10 min bus to Streatham Station (Thameslink trains)
15 min walk to Norbury Station
20 min walk to Thornton Heath Station

Trains are frequent to Balham so can jump on the Northern line from there and the 109 takes you straight to Brixton for the Victoria line.

Gatwick airport is about an hour away, via East Croydon and busses can take you directly there.

The gardens are a bit of a mess, but currently working on them and the dining room will be painted pink at some point 🤗

I’ve lived with flatmates for the last 10+ years so know how it is - will give you your space but also up for watching Bake Off and hanging out.

I like to host dinner parties every now and then and obviously you’re welcome if that’s your thing ☺️

I WFH in the smallest bedroom during the weekdays.
