Renting out my spare room Monday to Friday in zone 3 London.
10 min bus to Streatham Station (Thameslink trains)
15 min walk to Norbury Station
20 min walk to Thornton Heath Station
You can get to Balham for the underground (northern line) via bus or train.
Victoria or London Bridge Stations are within 30 mins with frequent trains from Norbury, Streatham or Thornton Heath.
The gardens are a bit of a mess, but currently working on them!
About me:
I’ve lived with flatmates for the last 10+ years so will leave you be and the house is big enough to have enough space.
I WFH in the smallest bedroom all week so not a party house but will always be up for a chat etc.
I’m very clean and like to keep the communal areas tidy.
There’s no dishwasher though!
