Double Room Available in Friendly house East Acton

Lovely double room in a cozy house-share, available in East Acton, London.

Due to relocation, I am vacating my room and am seeking a friendly replacement tenant. The room is a double, available furnished with a double bed, a chest of draws, bedside table, an in-built open wardrobe and a desk. A South facing window allows in plenty of natural light during the day.

The house has a large living room with lots of storage, a shared bathroom with a bath and separate shower, another downstairs toilet and a large communal kitchen/dining room. White goods are included for use and WiFi available.

There is a furnished and paved south facing garden space which is often used for social gatherings and to soak up some sun! On street parking available out the front of the property.

We're a social and welcoming household, with the two other current tenants being young female professionals who work within the city. They enjoy reading and watching TV shows.

It is also a animal friendly household, those interested must be comfortable with a very friendly cat, and dog who lives here part time.

The rent is £1025 including all bills. Couples are welcome, but the rent would be adjusted to £750 per person. Students are also welcome to enquire.

The house well connected, with Willesden Junction (Overground and Bakerloo Line) and East Acton (Central Line) accessible via a 15 minute walk. Central London is a 20 minute car ride away, and the closest shops around about a 15/20 min walk (Lidl, Iceland, Tescos and Sainsbury's).
