Shared used of a bathroom, kitchen, living room and appliances. Close to transport. Walking distance to Northern Line station (good for City and West End). Also buses to Victoria and other locations. Convenient for M1. A wide selections of shops, cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets (Tesco, Sainsburys, Waitrose and Aldi are all walking distance). Victoria Park and Finchley Memorial Hospital are just a stone throw. A large leisure complex including a cinema and bowling is also close by.

I'm a male professional working in the City of London. Looking for a professional aged between 26 and 65, non-smoker, no drugs, polite and tidy. I also have a professional female lodger.
We get a cleaner to come every couple of weeks, and split the cost between us (typically £31/each every time she comes).
