A professional desk is included (No desk chair as people are particular about where their bum bums sit), along with bedding, pillows, towels etc. If you want them, we have plenty to share.
The room features bi-fold door with a juliet balcony, a walk-in wardrobe, a sunken bathtub-shower combo..
Blackout blinds so as not to disturb your sleep. The room has multiple large windows, so there is a lot of light.

Features include professional bathroom cleaning once-a-month, a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, high ceilings, huge windows to create light and space, open brickwork, and the big sell, your own en-suite bathroom.

We have a quality drinking water filter and a water softener system to protect you from London's yucky water. Happy days.

Included: Laundry detergent, toilet paper, cleaning products etc. It's kind of like living in an Air BnB.

The shared living space is an 'open plan'. All of the furniture has been chosen to create a comfy living room fit for the loungiest of loungers.

We have a 65" TV.

The kitchen is beautiful. There are lots of compartments and appliances.

Bills are all included: Hi-speed broadband, SKY tv, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney+, and Netflix included.

Travel: Nearest stations: Arnos Grove, Woodside park, New Southgate.
Buses that are a 2 min walk away: SL1, 134, 43, 234, 323.
We have free parking on the street.

Preferably looking for nerdy types who don't mind a glass of red wine on occasion.

I have a phobia of fish, so, unfortunately, anybody applying should bear this in mind as it cannot be brought into the home.

You'll be living with 2 flat mates (Ben &Tasha).
Two foster Cats (Marley and Meli) who are hypoallergenic and very much a pair of gentle potatoes.

We're a couple of nerds. It's a very quiet house.

Occasionally we put on music and have friends around, but it's 'occasionally'. Anybody looking to make a home here should probably live the same kinda lifestyle.

We have a massive TV and sometimes veg out and binge-watch shows.

Oh, and I vape.

Hobbies include pretty much anything fun, but also, sofa, TV, and takeout.
