Sunny double bedroom

Hello,
My flatmate will be leaving end of the year/early 2027 and I am looking for someone to take over his double bedroom.

It is 3.7 x 2.7 m and there is space for a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is an additional cupboard for storage in the corridor that you can use as well.

We share a 2-bed flat on the ground floor of a small block that offers parking for a 1 car (if you have one). We have a big living room with a leather sofa, a coffee table and there is space for a desk and chair if you have one.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, cooking hobs, kitchen extractor, dishwasher, washing machine and there is lots of storage.

The bathroom is huge and overall the flat is in very good condition.

My flatmate is not sure yet if he will leave or sell or remove his bedroom furniture at the moment, but we can chat about it.
You would have to be referenced by the letting agency and have your name on the tenancy agreement, but you would need to prove you earn minimum £27,810 per year.

The rent share is £927 per month and the bills share come to £183 per month.

I am 51 year old female professional who has been renting the flat for the past 3 years. I am looking for someone tidy and clean, but apart from that, I am pretty flexible.
