A bright, well-sized double room is available in our modern three-bedroom flat in the Enderby Wharf development, right on the river. The room comes furnished with a bed (with loads of storage underneath), a desk & chair, and a wardrobe.

The flat has a large shared living area with a well-equipped kitchen, and a clean, modern bathroom shared with just one other flatmate. We're on the top floor with key fob access, free use of the development's gym, a 24-hour concierge, and a bike shed in the garage.

A bit about the current flatmates:

Samantha's a pastry chef who loves baking, cooking, having people over, and the occasional board game night.

Ollie works in cyber security, and outside of work you'll usually find him at the gym, tinkering with or talking about cars, cooking, or planning the next trip somewhere.

They're both clean and easygoing, up for a social night in or the odd get-together, but just as happy giving each other space when needed. They'd love a flatmate who's the same: sociable when it suits, but respectful of everyone's need for downtime too.

Location:
It's a 10-15 minute walk to Maze Hill (Southeastern) station, and 15-20 minutes to North Greenwich (Jubilee) or Cutty Sark (DLR) — bus is also an option for either. Greenwich Park and Greenwich town centre are both about 15 minutes away on foot. The area's calm and residential but well served by restaurants, pubs (The Pelton Arms, Cutty Sark, The Plume of Feathers are all excellent), supermarkets and other amenities.
