I’m looking for a **female professional** to take over my bright, fully furnished double room in a lovely residential part of Greenwich while I’m abroad for three months.

The room gets **lots of natural light** and comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, bedside table, a large chest of drawers and a **working desk with a monitor/screen**, which you’re welcome to use during your stay. There’s plenty of storage and space for one person to settle in comfortably.

The house has **3 bedrooms**, with all current residents being working professionals. Everyone has a busy 9–5 lifestyle, so the house is generally relaxed, clean and respectful of each other's space.

There is:

* Large, well-equipped kitchen with all amenities
* Bright living room
* Separate bathroom and WC
* Parking
* Plenty of natural light, including skylights in the kitchen and living room
* All bills included in the rent
* Fast/easy access to local shops, pubs, restaurants and transport

The current household is a couple in the largest bedroom and a male working professional in the downstairs room. It’s a friendly and straightforward house rather than a party house.

This is a **fixed short-term let**, so I'm ideally looking for someone who can commit to the full period.

I'm looking for **one female professional/ student** who is clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces.

I'm fairly flexible on personality and lifestyle — the main thing is that you're comfortable living in a shared house with working professionals and keep things tidy.

Unfortunately, **no couples or pets** for this room.
