Furnished room in a top Cutter Lane 3-bed

We’re two lads (28 and 29) on the hunt for a new housemate. Our mate is moving out to live with his girlfriend, which means his room in our 3-bed flat in North Greenwich (right by the O2 on the river) is up for grabs from 14 November.

The building’s also got a gym and a pool, plus a sundeck for the summer.

There are two of us staying on, one an investment banker and the other a corporate lawyer, so we’re out of the flat a fair bit during the week and the flat is pretty quiet day to day.

When we are around, we’re easy to live with and up for a beer or something on the telly, with no pressure either way.

We’re looking for a laid-back bloke who’s tidy, enjoys a beer every now and then and is generally just sound. Ideally you’d be a working professional of a similar age who’s after a flat where we’re all mates, rather than just a place to kip.
