I’m looking to rent out a beautiful, fully furnished double bedroom in the heart of Greenwich Millennium Village, with your own private bathroom, direct access to a shared balcony, and stunning views of the Thames and ecology park!

This is a cosy, peaceful home, ideal for a working professional looking for somewhere comfortable to stay for a few weeks or the full period.

🙋🏻‍♀️🐱🐶 WHO WILL YOU BE SHARING WITH?

You’ll be sharing the flat with me (the live-in landlady) and my two adorable, cuddly pets: a cat and a dog!

Both are well-behaved, trained and extremely friendly.

I’m looking for someone who genuinely LOVES animals and is happy for them to have access to the whole flat.

If you’re not comfortable with a cat cuddling up to your face or a dog spooning you on the sofa while you watch TV, this probably isn’t the home for you! 😂

A little about me: I’m 37, originally from France, and have lived in the UK for over 15 years. I work in tech, entirely from home, with my desk set up in the living room.

I enjoy a friendly, relaxed atmosphere while respecting everyone’s privacy and personal space.

🛌 YOUR BEDROOM & PRIVATE BATHROOM

The bedroom comes fully furnished with:

* Double bed
* Small desk
* Bedside table
* Two small shelving units
* Small wardrobe

Although the bedroom isn’t en-suite, you’ll have exclusive use of the bathroom directly across the hallway, as I have my own en-suite.

You’ll also have direct access to the shared balcony, with beautiful views of the Thames and surrounding greenery.

Absolutely no smoking or drug use.

⭐ Bonus points (but absolutely not essential!) if you’re vegetarian or vegan, as I’m vegetarian myself.

🤑 PRICE & TERMS

Rent (all bills included):

* £325 per week for short stays of up to 3 weeks.
* £1,400 per month for stays longer than 3 weeks.
* Part-time occupancy (e. g. Monday to Friday) may also be considered.

Refundable deposit:

* Up to 2 weeks: £300
* Over 2 weeks, up to 6 weeks: £700
* Over 6 weeks: £1,400

Deposits are refundable at the end of your stay, subject to the terms of the lodger agreement.

Rent is payable in advance, and a written lodger agreement will be provided.

Availability: 7 December 2026 – 31 January 2027

Priority will be given to someone who can commit to all or most of this period, although shorter stays will also be considered.
