I’m a finance professional currently hybrid and working from home 2 - 3 days a week. Looking for a working professional who is friendly to share (singles only).

This home has a friendly, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere (Sorry this is not a party house). It’s located in a nice quiet leafy street in east Greenwich in a good neighbourhood with lots of local amenities and great transport links. There is also the added benefit of free parking.

The room is a double room and it’s furnished with a fitted wardrobe, bed, cabinets and decorated to a very high standard.

The bathroom is a nice size and has a bath and shower.

The kitchen is a good size and has plenty of storage.

There is a reception room with a workstation and a dining room with a dining table and a workstation.

There is a garden at the back to relax when the weather is nice.

Better gym at the greenwich centre is just 10 mins walk. There you will find gym facilities, a swimming pool and a library. We have many local supermarkets very close by (Sainsburys, Asda, Lidl, Aldi and Marks & Spencer etc) are literally few minutes walk away. Ikea Greenwich & Odeon cinema is also 10 mins walk away.

The O2 & North Greenwich tube station is just 15 minutes bus ride where the Jubilee line will get you to Canary Wharf and the city in 5 to 15 mins respectively. Also the O2 is a great hub to find shops, restaurants and branded shopping.

Nearest railway station 10 mins walk away is Westcombe Park. You can get a train to the city in approx 20 mins.

If you are a jogger Greenwich Park is 15 mins away and is a popular place for jogging.
