Spacious studio loft nr Ladbroke Grove and White City Stations

The room is very spacious and private, it stands alone on the 3rd floor, very clean and recently redecorated - The photos don't quite capture how spacious it is, I could send you more photos if you are interested.

It has a comfortable double bed, beddings and towels can be provide.

The bathroom is of good size on the 2nd floor and it will be shared with just one other person. There is also a toilet available on the first floor by the entrance.

The room has many amenities for preparing meals, like a mini fridge, microwave, air frier/mini oven, rice/pasta maker, kettle, toaster and a basin. Also crockery and other items to facilitated food prep will be provided as cooking in the kitchen downstairs will not be possible.

The house is on a safe area in a leafy street, just a few steps across the road you can find an excellent Thai restaurant, a nice barista cafe and the park with outdoors gym, perfect for a run or a nice stroll.

There is very good transport connection to everywhere in London.

Ladbroke Grove and White City underground stations
Both at 15mins walk or 5 mins on the bus
Also many buses around de corner

There are many local shop on the parallel street like Tescos, pharmacy, dry cleaner's, health food shop, barber, beauty salon, fish and chips, a nice little breakfast caff and so on.

It's only 15mins walk to the lively Golborne road and Portobello Road where you can find many trendy shops, cafes, restaurants and cinema.
Also walking distance to Westfield Shopping centre with a plethora of shops, restaurants and cinemas etc

Washing machine - Wi-Fi - Gas central heating, council tax and all bills included.

Desk, armchair, wardrobe, chest of drawer, desk chair with wheels, towel rail, iron and iron table, nice new pillows, duvet and extra blankets

Landlady living in and working from home, friendly but not at all invasive, which I hope to be reciprocated. However, I'm very happy to be helpful in case you need anything.

Not suitable for night owls - However, you'll have your key and it's not a problem to get back home late at night, quietly.

Absolutely loved my stay! Vivian is an incredible hostess! The room is spacious and comfortable, and very well equiped! It's also super easy to get to the transports, and it's only 15min away from the Central line, which is very convinient! The proxemity to the huge Westfield mall is also great for any shopping needs you may have! The area is very calm too. I would recommend to anyone to stay at Vivian's!!

Vivian is the most marvellous host you could possibly wish for. I spent almost three month at her beautiful, cozy home and from the very day I arrived she made me feel welcome thanks to her lovely, considerate nature. Safe and quiet neighbourhood, just a darling plave to stay. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back!

Vivian's loft is a lovely place for an extended stay in London! The place is clean, thoughtful and convenient. There is a lot of space for the price and it was located in a lovely neighborhood.
Vivian herself was a kind host and made the stay that much better, I would stay here again!

Vivian is one of the best hosts I had in Airbnb. Very helpful and friendly. Loved her clean and stylish apartment as well. If you like modern art and colours you will love the decor of the place.
The best thing about the loft is the privacy. It's very self contained with the kettle and your own basin and it pretty much feels like you rented the flat... for a bargain price! Thank you so much for having me Vivian - it's been a pleasure.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in London! The flat was really cool - I basically had an entire upstairs loft to myself....bed, desk, and lots of space. Vivian is really friendly and helpful...a really great person. Plus, it was in Notting Hill, so you can't beat the location. Really convenient for getting around the west side of London.

Vivian was a very kind, attentive, and communicative host and I very much recommend her room. I stayed for a month during a research trip and it proved an ideal place to come back to after long days in the library.

Very well equipped, refreshingly clean. Thoughtful interior and lovely touch in the room. I stayed for 9 nights alone and from the check-in to check-out, everything was greater than I expected. Vivian was quiet but sweet and friendly. I checked-in very late at night because of my flight, but I felt safe thanks to her. Also, Amazing location. If you love to walk, you can walk to portobello road to notting hill for about 20m. And I loved when Sunlight fills the room in the morning. Lovely house!
