Spacious Studio Loft in North Kensington – Near Ladbroke Grove

This bright, private room sits alone on the 3rd floor, freshly decorated and clean. It comes with a comfortable double bed, new pillows and duvet, plus extra blankets, bedding and towels.

Wi-Fi, washing machine, monthly cleaning service and all bills are included.

The bathroom (with a new bath) is on the 2nd floor, shared with just one other guest, and there's an additional toilet on the ground floor by the entrance.

The room has its own basin and is set up for easy meal prep, with a mini fridge, microwave and grill, rice/pasta maker, kettle, toaster, and crockery. Please note the downstairs kitchen isn't available for cooking.

Getting around: Ladbroke Grove, Latimer Road and White City tube stations are a 15-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bus ride, with several bus stops just 2 minutes away.

The neighbourhood: Set on a leafy, safe street, a few steps from a great Thai restaurant, a friendly local café, and a park with an outdoor gym. The parallel street has everything you need — Tesco, pharmacy, dry cleaner, health food shop, barber, beauty salon, a fish and chip shop, and a cosy breakfast spot. Also a new cheffy pub down the road!
Golborne Road and Portobello Road are a 15-minute walk, and Westfield Shopping Centre is also within walking distance.

In the room: Desk, armchair, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk chair with wheels, towel rail, Also a steamer, iron and ironing board will be available.

A quiet household - I work from home and there's only ever one other guest, so it's not ideal for night owls, though you're always welcome to come back late.
