Hello all,

Looking for 2 flatmates to join me in this amazing 3 bedroom flat in North Kensington. I have lived here for 1 year, alongside 2 other flatmates who I am very sad to see leaving. Having fallen in love with the flat and surrounding area I am keen to stay and find some like minded flatmates to share the space with.

Amazing fully furnished property with modern high quality furniture throughout. Ground floor contains bright and spacious combined living dining room as well as kitchen (with dining space) which open onto courtyard garden.

Bedrooms are located in the basement: 3 bedrooms (one en suite and 2 sharing large bathroom with bath and shower). Washing machine and dryer.

Location:
Located in North Kensington and just a short 10 minute walk to Notting Hill and Portabello Road. Great food and drink scene on your doorstep and multiple parks and green spaces nearby. The road itself is a quiet residential street, with a high street conveniently located at one end.

Transport:
10 minute walk to nearest underground stations:
-Latimer Road/ Wood Lane: Hammersmith/Circle line
-White City: Central line
Also access to overground (Mildmay Line) via Shepherds bush and Willesden Junction

As for me: I am a professional working full time in healthcare. Work out of the house typically Mon-Fri with occasional weekends/nights. Love to socialise in my free time both hosting at the flat and exploring local bars and pubs. Try to keep fit at the local gym (Everyone active) and love trying new sports/activities.
