A lovely, comfortable and bright fully furnished double room for single occupancy in a calm, newly updated house in Northfields, Ealing is available from 26 October. Inclusive of all bills.

Free use of Broadband/Wi-Fi. All usual amenities available. Bedding and Towels are provided and cleaned.

The house is in a quiet and safe residential area with many local shops, supermarkets, restaurants and takeaways just a few minutes walk away. 2 lovely parks close by and Northfields underground on the Picadilly line 5 mins walk.

Excellent transport links to all areas of London, i. e buses, tube and trains including to Paddington (12 mins), Waterloo and Heathrow. Brentford, Ealing, Chiswick, Richmond, Hounslow, Acton, Hanwell close by. Easy access to motorways A4/M4, A40/M40 and M25. From Ealing Broadway there is access to Elizabeth and district lines.

I am a clean, quiet and friendly live-in Landlord. I'm looking for a quiet, friendly and considerate working professional. This is a part-time let for 4 nights (Monday to Friday).

Use of kitchen and shared shower room. Please note the lounge is a private space for the homeowner and not included in the share.

As I am vegan I prefer someone who is either vegetarian or happy to be during the week when here. This has worked very well with previous lodgers.

Also, no smoking, no pets and no overnight guests. The atmosphere is peaceful, quiet and mindful. An ideal place to relax and unwind after a busy day at work. The set up would suit an independent, clean and respectful professional who values their own privacy and a quiet stress free environment to sleep and recharge during the working week.
