Double room 15 min to London Bridge (1 train st.)

I have a double room with double bed to rent in Norwood Junction. The house is mine and I like to keep it clean and organised.
The room is for single occupancy.

The house has a nice back garden with bbq and a garage which can be used as extra storage if needed. You can also have a parking space in the outside gated area if you have a car..

Norwood Junction station is 6 min away taking you to London Bridge in 15 min, Blackfriars in 18 min and Kings Cross in 27 min.
Canada water is 20 minutes away - Very handy if you work in Canary Wharf.

There are three supermarkets at walking distance (Aldi, Tesco and Sainsbury's Express), a park and a gym less than 5 min walk from the house.

Bills are included apart from£45 every three weeks for the cleaner
